Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNGC handles personal data across its website, user panel, and subscription services. Information needed to manage accounts is handled separately from network access content; the former is not treated as browsing history.
Account Information and Purposes
VPNGC does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password, and an email address is not required for registration. The account system handles usernames, authentication credentials, and account settings to verify logins, provide subscription access, and maintain account security. Avoid including unnecessary personal identifying information in your username.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment result, and a summary of data usage. They are used to provide the service, reconcile accounts, process refunds, and resolve disputes. If you submit a support ticket, its contents and any attachments you choose to provide are used to address the issue. Remove passwords, login credentials, and complete subscription links from troubleshooting materials before sending them.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNGC follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain browsing history, access content, or DNS query history, or create a list of destination addresses linked to an account. Quantum encryption is language used to describe service security; it does not mean this service controls information users submit directly to destination websites.
While a connection is active, the system temporarily processes connection state needed to forward traffic. When the connection ends, this information is not kept as persistent connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's access history. Account-level data usage summaries are used to measure plan usage and do not include details of destination websites. Website access statistics and user-panel security records are handled separately and are not used to reconstruct browsing content from accelerated connections.
Access Statistics and Local Storage
Website access statistics help us understand page views, referral sources, and button usage so we can fix page issues and improve the user experience. Statistics may include page addresses, access times, referral information, and browser environment details. They should not contain passwords, payment credentials, or complete subscription addresses.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain login status, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface settings. If login credentials are stored locally in a browser, other people using the same browser environment may be able to access the account. Log out after using a shared device and clear the relevant site data. Restricting cookies or clearing local storage may end a login session or reset preferences, but it will not automatically delete the server-side account.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNGC supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider or payment network, whose own policies govern the information collected, transaction confirmation, and retention practices. This service receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment status needed to verify an order. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Third-party services should process related data only as needed to complete a payment or provide necessary technical support. International websites accessed through this service have their own privacy rules. This policy does not replace or govern login, content submission, or payment activity on destination websites.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account and subscription services. Order and refund records are retained as required for financial reconciliation, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Statistics and troubleshooting materials are kept only while needed for their respective purposes; indefinite retention is not the default. This policy does not set unverified, uniform retention periods for different data categories.
To access, correct, or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Deletion may affect subscription access. Records that must be retained by law or are involved in an ongoing dispute will have their use restricted and will be addressed once the basis for retention no longer applies. Data in backups is cleared as backups are rotated and is not used as active information for providing the service.
Policy Updates and Related Terms
If there are significant changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights, VPNGC will update this page and revise the month shown as the last update. Changes that affect important user interests will be announced on the website or in the user panel. If a new processing purpose requires separate consent, updating this page does not replace that consent.
