Service Scope

VPNGC provides a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access, AI tools, and international websites, with coverage in 110+ countries and 170+ routes. It supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and instructions for obtaining clients are shown in the user panel and client apps.

This service provides network connectivity and does not include accounts, content subscriptions, or paid benefits from third-party platforms. Access to a target website depends on its service regions, account eligibility, and platform rules. A route's region does not mean that all content in that region will be accessible, and VPNGC does not guarantee ongoing availability on any specific platform.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login credentials and subscription information secure, and avoid exposing them on public pages, in shared documents, or on other people's devices. If you notice an unusual login or a subscription information leak, change your credentials promptly and request assistance through a panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices a user can have online at the same time. You may configure the subscription on devices you use personally; this does not permit sharing an account with other users, distributing subscriptions publicly, reselling routes, or repackaging the service for resale. You are responsible for activity on your account. Responsibility for unusual activity will be assessed based on the available evidence.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See the Plans page and checkout details for prices and data allowances. Clients and subscription information are available through the user panel; you must log in to view subscription information.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your use of the service, as well as the rules of target websites. You may not use this service for fraud, infringement, distributing malicious software, unauthorized data collection, or other unlawful activity, or help others do so.

You may not attack, scan, or interfere with VPNGC or third-party systems, use another person's account, impersonate someone, or continuously consume shared network resources through automated abuse. If a target platform requests eligibility verification or displays a regional notice, follow the platform's requirements. Network connectivity does not constitute authorization from a third party.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Network performance depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, target server status, and maintenance changes. VPNGC may adjust routes for maintenance, troubleshooting, or changes in network conditions. A temporary interruption or performance fluctuation does not necessarily indicate a problem with your account. When troubleshooting, distinguish between local connection issues and problems with the target platform.

VPNGC will make reasonable efforts to address service faults but does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or a fixed transmission speed. Responsibility for changes to third-party platform rules, device failures, and other factors reasonably beyond the service's control will be determined based on the actual cause. These terms do not exclude liability required by law or limit rights you are entitled to under applicable law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If there is unlawful use, account theft, subscription resale, public sharing, or activity that affects normal network operation, VPNGC may restrict the relevant connection, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the level of risk. When urgent risk control is needed, VPNGC may take necessary measures first and then explain the reason through the user panel.

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, submit the unusual activity time, usage context, and relevant notices through a panel ticket and request a review. Do not include your account password or complete subscription information in a ticket. Account actions and the handling of any undelivered portion of the service are subject to applicable law and related policies.

Changes to These Terms and Notices

VPNGC may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change and will indicate the update month on this page. Changes that materially affect users' rights or obligations will be announced on the website or in the user panel, with an explanation of the changes and when they apply. Unannounced changes will not retroactively alter confirmed transaction terms.
